Jogira Sara Ra Ra Box Office Collection Day 2: Nawazuddin Siddiqui, known for his bankable performances, has faced a setback with his recent film Jogira Sara Ra Ra . After his previous film Afwaah failed to perform well at the box office, Jogira Sara Ra Ra too turned out to be a disappointment.
The film, featuring Neha Sharma as the lead alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, hit the theatres on May 26. However, after a lacklustre performance on Friday, early estimates indicate that the film failed to generate any significant buzz on its second day as well.
The Nawazuddin and Neha Sharma-starrer garnered a mixed response from critics. On its opening day, it managed to collect a modest sum of Rs 50 lakhs, which falls short in comparison to Nawazuddin’s previous releases.
The film was initially anticipated to cross the Rs 1 crore mark on its second day. However, according to a report by Sacnilk, the film, on its second day, earned Rs 45 lakh. This brings the movie’s total collection to Rs 95 lakhs.
The film, nonetheless, witnessed a marginal increase in the overall audience occupancy in the Hindi belt, rising from 10.31 to 12.44 per cent.

Jogira Sara Ra Ra features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma in the lead roles, with Naeem A Siddiqui from Touchwood Multimedia Creations serving as the producer and Kiran Shyam Shroff as the creative producer. The family comedy has been directed by Kushan Nandy.
Alongside Nawazuddin and Neha, the movie also stars Sanjay Mishra and Mahaakshay Chakraborty in pivotal roles. This collaboration marks the second time Kushan and Nawazuddin have worked together, following their previous project Babumoshai Bandookbaaz (2020).
Nawazuddin recently grabbed headlines for his comments on the controversial film The Kerala Story. He said that if a movie is “hurting someone, then it is wrong.” For the unversed, Adah Sharma’s ‘The Kerala Story’ talks about the issue of forced conversions and indoctrination.
Earlier this month, Kashyap had tweeted, “You agree with the film or not, be it propaganda, counter-propaganda, offensive or not, to ban it is just wrong.” Nawazuddin, while speaking to News 18, replied to this by saying, “If a novel or a film is hurting someone, then that is wrong. We don’t make films to hurt the audience or their sentiments.”
However, the actor’s comments received a negative response from social media users. As a result, the actor had to later take to Twitter to address the situation and clear the air about spreading false information.
